RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

  1. Please contact our customer service department by mail at info@draycosmetics.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please place the item (s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. We will send our official courier to pick up the parcel at the same delivery address
  4. Return will have a cost of 15 € for UK that we will retain from the total amount to be refund. Refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to the credit card that has been use at purchase.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges for products purchased on DRAYCOSMETICS.COM shall be subject to the following principles:

The customer has the right of withdrawal, by which it can proceed with the return of the order. This right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt of order. In case of a return, the Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with original packaging, conventionally packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received by the customer, and the package should have included the invoice (in case you don’t have the invoice, you should print the email confirmation received when making your purchase).

DRAY COSMETICS shall proceed with the refund paid, once we have received the returned product and have established a good status. The refund will be made within a period of fourteen (10) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods in our warehouse. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used during the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to a mistaken order, DRAY COSMETICS will organise the replacement of the article. In this case, DRAY COSMETICS will take care of all expenses incurred such as the shipping cost.

RETURN PERIOD TERM

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the package.

Item must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received.


COST OF RETURN

DRAY COSMETICS is not responsible for the costs of return (except if there is a mistake in the order or the item is damaged), but we will always help to manage it . You must return the product to our address (*) through the courier service of your choice. Once the package arrives to our logistic department we will proceed with the refund.

DRAY COSMETICS  shall proceed with the refund paid, once we have received the returned product and have established a good status of it.

The deadline for any refund is 15 working days from the shipping confirmation email.

Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount has been credited to your account within few days. Please be aware that any refund made to a credit card will vary depending on your financial institute.

How should I do if my refund is incorrect?

Please contact our sales department and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. draycosmetics.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition that they were received.
