HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please contact our Customer Service through a message to info@draycosmetics.com, indicating which items you want to return and the reasons for the return. We will reply to you within 48 hours. We appreciate your patience.
Once you receive the instructions to make the return, please put the items in the original packaging for collection.
We will send our official courier to collect the package at the same delivery address
The return will have a cost of € 3.50 in Spain Peninsula that we will deduct from the total price to be returned. Your money will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your package. We will refund the payment card you used for the purchase.
CHANGES AND RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT DRAY COSMETICS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:
The customer has a right of withdrawal, by which the order may be returned. Said right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of the order.
In case of return, the Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the packaging and conveniently packed in its original box and protected correctly. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
DRAY COSMETICS, will proceed to refund the amount paid, once you have received the returned product and have verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may retain the refund until we have received the goods in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
If the return or exchange is due to an error regarding the shipment, DRAY COSMETICS will send the package where it was received to be picked up. DRAYCOSMETICS will bear all the costs derived from the subsequent return, such as the cost of shipping the correct order in the event of an exchange.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM IN THE FASTEST WAY?
If you want to make a return or an exchange, send an email with your order number and the email with which you made the purchase to info@draycosmetics.com
DEADLINE FOR RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to change or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of the package. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with original and intact labeling, conveniently packed in its original or similar box and protected correctly. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received.
COST OF RETURN
DRAY COSMETICS is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is an error of ours or in case of tare), but we will help to manage it at all times. You must return the garment to our address (*) through the courier service of your choice. Once the package reaches our headquarters, we will proceed to refund the amount.
RETURN OF THE AMOUNT
DRAY COSMETICS will proceed to refund the amount paid once the returned product has been received and its good condition has been verified. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
If the return or exchange is due to an error regarding the shipment, DRAY COSMETICS will send the package where it was received to be collected and will bear all the costs derived from the subsequent return, as well as the cost of sending the correct order in the case of change.

TAXES AND TARIFFS
Please note that there are countries and cities that are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments are subject to taxes and / or duties. DRAY COSMETICS does not undertake or be responsible for these fees, so you must pay the amount.
In most cases, fees are charged at the time of package delivery, although you may receive a notification in the mail requesting that you personally go to pay those fees in order to receive your package.
